Return Policy

 At Projectsbyaisha, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve created a simple and hassle-free return policy just for you!

 Return Period  

Since that collection is limited You have 24 hrs for refund and exchange from the date of purchase.

Please male sure that the items and sizes are correct once you receive it.

 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. If it’s a product that has been personalized or customized, it unfortunately cannot be returned unless it’s defective.

 How to Return

1. Reach out to our friendly customer service team at byaisha@outlook.com to let us know you’d like to return your item.  

2. We’ll provide you with easy instructions to send your item back to us.  

3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

 Refund Process  

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 2-4business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges  

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, just let us know when you reach out! We’ll help you find the perfect match.
